Keeping Track Of It All
January 8, 2004
You've been looking at houses for several weeks now and
you're feeling overwhelmed. You can't seem to remember
which house had what features. How can you keep track
of all the nitty-gritty?
For starters, make sure you take a copy of the listing sheet
with all the pertinent information. Use it to jot down notes of
distinctive or unusual characteristics, what you like and what
you don't. Organize these sheets into two piles - one of
houses that aren't acceptable to you, and the other with
houses you might like to see again or may make an offer.
And most importantly, be sure to communicate with me,
your Real Estate Professional, the features you like and
what you don't.
