Good Communication
July 17, 2003

It is imperative that you and your realtor develop a good rapport. Excellent communication is essential to your relationship and will enable your agent to give you the best service possible when you buy or sell a home.

Real estate sales are extremely complex transactions that involve what is likely the largest single asset you will ever own - your home. Since the possibilities for misunderstandings are great, professional realtors work hard to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Most breakdowns result from vague or inadequate communication prior to signing the contract. If you have any concerns, make them known to me, your Real Estate Professional and ask about anything you don't understand. Remember, the only foolish question is the one that isn't asked!
